Stephanie Wright, MOTR/L; Owner
Stephanie Wright, MOTR/L, Owner

Stephanie graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2009 with her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Prior to owning Elite Therapy, she had worked in many different settings, including inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation as well as skilled nursing facilities.

She has a passion for working with the geriatric and orthopedic populations. She has been trained in myofascial release and massage techniques to assist patients with pain management.

Stephanie prefers to take a hands-on approach with her treatment sessions and focuses on the client's needs first and the diagnoses second.

Jamie Soldat, COTA/L; Owner
Jamie Soldat, COTA/L; Owner

Jamie graduated from the Casper College Occupational Therapy Assistant program in 2011 and started her career as a rehab manager.

Prior to owning Elite Therapy, she had worked in outpatient rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities. She has a passion for working with the pediatric population. Jamie spent countless hours learning insurance and Medicare laws to be able to bill for services provided.

She always knew she wanted to own a therapy company, and, in 2013, that dream became a reality. Jamie has taken various continuing education courses focusing on pediatric development, aquatic therapy, and kinesotaping to provide patients with the highest quality of care. Jamie’s patients appreciate her caring approach to her sessions. She always has gone above and beyond to ensure her clients achieve their goals.

Jamie now spends most of her days running Elite Therapy Services from the office with the same level of compassion she started with in 2013.

Leland Smithey, Support Staff Manager
Leland Smithey, Support Staff Manager

Leland joined ACM in 2016 as support staff and has been with the organization through the Elite transition. She now serves as the Support Staff Manager and parent contact at the McKinley building, where she continues to play a key role in supporting families and staff.

Leland became involved in the disability community with the goal of advocating for children with disabilities. She is dedicated to creating inclusive experiences for children in all areas of life. Currently, she is working toward her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Wyoming and her RBT certification from Florida Technical Institute to further her knowledge and skills.

In her free time, Leland enjoys being outdoors in warmer weather, reading great books, attending car shows with her husband, traveling, practicing yoga, and spending time with her Great Dane, Moose.

Mysty Deveraux, COTA/L; Rehab Manager
Mysty Deveraux, COTA/L; Rehab Manager

Mysty was the first employee of Elite Therapy Services starting in April of 2016. 

She graduated from the Casper College Occupational Therapy Assistant program in 2012. She has worked in skilled nursing facilities, home health and outpatient rehabilitation clinics, developing an array of skills to assist with many different diagnoses. She has a passion for working with geriatrics as well as orthopedic conditions.

Mysty believes in physical fitness and takes an exercise based approach to her sessions. We have heard from multiple patients and family members that Mysty is a caring, gentle therapist who pushes her patients to do their best and achieve their goals.

Mysty became the Rehab Manager for Elite Therapy, January 1st, 2023. She does a variety of tasks including scheduling, meetings with the staff, educational support for less experienced staff and continues to provide the same level of care to her patients.

Echo Sonesen, MOTR/L
Echo Sonesen, MOTR/L

Echo Sonesen graduated with her Master of Sciences in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University in Georgia in 2022.

Echo is originally from Douglas Wyoming and is excited to begin practicing Occupational Therapy back in her home state. She is passionate about all aspects of occupational therapy and loves helping people to be at their best.

She enjoys reading, team roping, hiking, camping, and spending time with her family.

Kaitlynn Vigneroli, MOTR/L
Kaitlynn Vigneroli, MOTR/L

Kaitlynn graduated from the Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania in 2019 with her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy. After graduation she moved to Colorado to start her carrier in home health. In Colorado she gained experience as a a clinician taking on new roles including a clinical director and preceptor.

Now Kaitlynn lives in Casper, Wyoming. Over the years she has gained experience in skilled nursing facilities, home health, and outpatient rehabilitation with a strong knowledge base on many diagnoses. She loves working with the adult and geriatric population with patients recovering from acute injuries, orthopedic surgeries, neurological disorders and low vision. Kaitlynn looks forward to aquiring more knowledge as a clinician and continuing to provide quality care to her patients!

She enjoys spending time with family, working out, being outside, and watching football!

Ana Lockwood, COTA/L

Ana graduated from the Casper College Occupational Therapy Assistant program in 2022. She joined the Elite Therapy team as soon as she received her certification and license.

Ana loves the versatility in settings and clients that Elite provides. She is drawn to occupational therapy because there is a lot of room for creativity and the ability to incorporate all of her outside hobbies.

When not providing therapy, Ana loves to teach music, play fiddle with her family, hang out with her dogs, and travel. 

Brooke Kissack, COTA/L
Brooke Kissack, COTA/L

Brooke started working at Elite Therapy in January 2022. She graduated from the Casper College Occupational Therapy Assistant program in 2021. Before discovering her love for Occupational Therapy, Brooke obtained her Massage Therapy certificate from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in October 2016.

She has a passion for helping people grow and feel better overall so they are able to live their best lives.

When not at work Brooke spends her time snowshoeing, putting together puzzles while listening to her audiobooks, exploring the mountains with her dog, or rock hounding.

Haelle Pearson, COTA/L
Haelle Pearson, COTA/L

Haelle started working for us in April of 2019 immediately following her graduation from Casper College as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Prior to pursuing her therapy career, she worked as a pharmacy tech for 5 years. Haelle says she knew from the time she was 14 years old that she wanted to have a positive influence on other people’s lives.

She enjoys hiking, backpacking, mixed martial arts and spending time with her dogs. Haelle says she loves all animals, trying new things and being creative. She feels that being an occupational therapy assistant has been a way to show her creative side and help people simultaneously.

Haelle’s patients say she is caring and works them hard to be the best they can be.

Kristen Kulhavy, COTA/L
Kristen Kulhavy, COTA/L

Kristen graduated in 2013 from the Casper College OTA program. She started her career in skilled nursing progressing to the position of Rehab Manager. She then went to work in home health and outpatient settings. Kristen enjoys working with orthopedic conditions, using a hands-on approach and skilled manual therapy techniques. Her passion is working with the geriatric population, building a therapeutic relationship and helping clients reach their goals. She is always striving to learn and expand her knowledge of occupational therapy.

Kristen is a Casper native who enjoys the outdoors with her husband, 2 kids and dogs. She loves to be on their boat, out camping, riding horses and exploring nature.

Colton Jorgensen, COTA/L
Colton Jorgensen, COTA/L

Colton graduated from the Casper College Occupational Therapy Assistant program in 2018. He started his career as a traveler, and has experience in geriatrics, pediatrics, rehab and developmental disability.

Colton has worked with a wide variety of conditions and diagnoses in many different settings. Colton is a Casper native and loves serving the community that he grew up in. He is passionate about helping patients reach their goals and passionate about building a therapeutic relationship with each and every patient he serves.

In his free time, Colton enjoys playing recreational sports such as softball and volleyball. He also likes to spending time with his family, girlfriend, doggy, and friends. He enjoys reading a good book, and watching sports or movies.

Alona Wilkerson, COTA/L
Alona Wilkerson, COTA/L

Alona Wilkerson graduated from the Casper College Occupational Therapy Assistant Program in 2024 and is extremely excited to pursue her passion and begin practicing Occupational Therapy with Elite Therapy.

Alona is originally from Lander, WY. She loves that Occupational Therapy is wholistic, individualized, and puts quality of life first. She is passionate about having the ability to give individuals the physical, emotional, and social tools they need to be successful in their individual goals.

When not working Alona enjoys a variety of hobbies and activities. She enjoys playing with her dog, working out, snowboarding, hanging out with friends, spending time with family, coloring, music, and anything outside in the sun. She is always picking up new hobbies whenever else she finds time.

Quinci Mooren, COTA/L
Quinci Mooren, COTA/L

Quinci graduated from Casper College’s Occupational Therapy Assistant program in 2024. She then went on to do her clinical rotations at Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch in Billings, MT and Sensational Kids right here in Casper, Wy.

She is eager to bring new and fun approaches into her therapeutic treatment with our clients. Her main drive to be a COTA is to provide children a safe and friendly environment that allows them to reach their OT goals!

When Quinci is not at work providing therapy, she coaches volleyball at the Wyoming Sports Ranch, loves to go dancing and anything music, and traveling with her family and friends.

Riley Garner, OTD-OTR/L
Rylie Garner, OTD-OTR/L

After earning her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming in 2021, Rylie pursued her passion for helping others and achieved her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Dakota in 2024.

Rylie brings years of experience working with children as both a respite provider and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) prior to becoming an Occupational Therapist. She is passionate about serving the pediatric population, promoting adaptive and accessible sports participation, and empowering clients to engage in meaningful activities that bring joy to their lives.

When she’s not working, Rylie can be found on the mountain coaching Special Olympics alpine skiing, exploring the trails on cross-country skis, or spending quality time with her dog, Olive.

Heather Stengel, MS CCC-SLP
Heather Stengel, MS CCC-SLP, Speech Therapy Supervisor

Heather is a Speech-Language Pathologist with over 15 years experience in the field.

Heather's passion for helping others began in high school; first becoming a CNA then taking a career assessment, guiding her to complete a Masters in Communication Disorders and Sciences at the University of Oregon.

When she is not working or keeping up with her three children and foster children, Heather enjoys a variety of hobbies. She is an avid reader and also loves to knit, cook, and travel. We are glad to have Heather's years of experience and passion for helping others on our team.

Haley Mirich, CCC MS, SLP
Haley Mirich, CCC MS, SLP

Haley graduated from the University of Wyoming Speech-Language Pathology master’s program in 2020 and began work in the public school system.

Since then, she has ventured into private practice with a focus on pediatrics. Haley is passionate about making sure everyone has a voice and the confidence to use it.

In her free time you can find her camping with her friends, family, and dog.

Emily Kelley, SLPA
Emily Kelley, SLPA

Emily graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2012 with a BS in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, and a minor in dance. As a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), Emily has enjoyed providing therapy to pre-k, school aged children, and young adults in her hometown of Casper.

Emily has treated clients with a broad range of speech, language, and communication disorders, but her specialty is in the cognitive and communicative needs of individuals with Down syndrome, autism, and other developmental disabilities. Her personal training includes behavioral intervention, picture exchange communication systems (PECS), oral motor therapy interventions (Talk Tools and Beckman Protocol) and hippotherapy. Hippotherapy has been a passion area for Emily.

Outside of the speech realm, Emily enjoys anything and everything that relates to movement. She grew up dancing and snowboarding, and taught swim lessons throughout college. Currently, Emily is a dance instructor at 307 Dance Academy, and a certified yoga instructor at Lifetime Health & Fitness. In combining her personal interests and professional experience, Emily has been able to provide meaningful community based instruction; She teaches an adaptive dance class, which many of her past and current clients enjoy, and also coached Special Olympics swimming and skiing for several years. Emily recognizes the importance of generalizing learned skills from the therapy setting, into real-life, and strives to provide such opportunities to her clients.

Nicole Blakeley, B.A., SLPA
Nicole Blakeley, B.A., SLPA

Nicole graduated from the California State University, Northridge (CSUN) in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences. She is a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant who has been providing pediatric and adult speech services in Casper since 2016.

Nicole has years of experience in the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and has provided treatment for fluency, speech sound disorders, phonological disorders, motor speech disorders, and receptive and expressive language delays.

The areas she is most passionate about include the importance of a strengths-based approach, neurodiversity affirming practices, and the need for individualized treatment that incorporates the unique interests of each client. Nicole believes that in order for therapy to be most effective, it must be naturalistic and relatable to “real life”.

Nikki Langley, SLPA
Nicole Langley, SLPA

Nicole, known as Nikki, brings enthusiasm and passion to her role at Elite Therapy as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Her professional journey began in the social services field, where she developed a deep commitment to helping others. Over time, this passion led her to embrace her identity as a “speechie” at heart.

Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Texas State University in 2015. Motivated by a growing desire to specialize in speech therapy, she returned to school as a nontraditional student in 2021, earning an Associate of Applied Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant from Laramie County Community College in May 2024.

Nicole firmly believes in the transformative power of targeted intervention and evidence-based practices to help children achieve language development milestones. She is committed to supporting children on their journeys, celebrating their progress, and empowering them to gain confidence and discover their unique voices.

Kaylynn Jefferson, SLPA
Kaylynn Jefferson, SLPA

Kaylynn graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2021 with a BS in Speech-Language and Hearing Sciences. She then completed her Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification from Laramie County Community College in 2022. Kaylynn has been working in the public school system for the last three years. She is completing her master's degree through Western Kentucky University in Speech-Language Pathology and her anticipated graduation date is May of 2026.

Kaylynn has worked mainly at the elementary level and has experience with speech sound disorders, phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Her passion is to work with the younger population and provide them with the means necessary to communicate effectively.

When she is not doing homework for school or working, you can find her trying out different coffee shops, watching college volleyball or basketball, or spending time with friends and family.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Team

Bryanna Williams B.S., RBT
Bryanna Williams M.S., BCBA

Bryanna graduated from Capella in 2023 with a Master's Degree in Psychology with a specialization in ABA.

Bryanna has worked as a respite staff and RBT before becoming a BCBA. She currently provides services for younger individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is most interested in treatments for challenging behaviors, flexibility within routines, and activities of daily living.

Bryanna enjoys working with elementary aged children and loves collaborating with her team.

When not at the clinic, you may find her playing with her dogs and riding horses!

Torin Rueter, RBT
Torin Rueter, RBT

Torin recently graduated with a degree in Psychology and Philosophy.

He also completed his RBT certification and is working for Elite during the summer program.

Future plans for Torin include going back to college to finish his degree in special education, school psychology and BCBA certification.

He has been a natural addition to our team as he worked for us in the past as a support staff and built rapport with the kids.

Cassandra Hobbs, RBT
Cassandra Hobbs, RBT

Cassandra has been practicing as RBT since 2021. In January of 2024 she was accepted into Mary Baldwin University's MS program in Applied Behavior Analysis which she is currently enrolled in as a full time student with the intention of completing coursework and requirements to become a BCBA in the years to come.

Cassandra is dedicated to exploring the applications of Applied Behavioral Analysis across multiple settings and learning how the environment can change the effects and outcomes of ABA services to children with young adults with ASD in the clinic and community settings, but has also worked in home in the past, and has a history of working with children who display challenging behaviors. She enjoys helping children learn to overcome challenging behaviors and develop functional communication skills that help them express their needs and desires more effectively.

When not at the clinic or absorbed in her school work Cassandra can often be found reading, listening to D&D podcasts or trying to catch up on her backlog of video games and TV shows.

Liv Singer, RBT
Liv Singer, RBT

Olivia "Liv" Singer is from Casper, Wyoming, and joined Elite in 2023 as a respite staff, helping support children in the clinic and community. In the summer of 2024, she earned her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and has been working in the ABA department since.

Liv is also a full-time student at Casper College, studying to become an Occupational Therapist (OT). She enjoys the practical side of OT, particularly helping kids with everyday tasks in a fun and engaging way. When she’s not working or studying, Liv loves baking, reading, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
